Shipping Policy

All Unity Braids® orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. All Unity Braids® Wedding Boards are shipped 2-3 weeks after the order is placed, if you need it sooner please purchase the "Rush My Order" listing or contact me at unitybraids@yahoo.com 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS, UPS and FedEx


Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 5 days of receiving your item. 

Please email me first at unitybraids@yahoo.com to request an exchange or a refund.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Unless of course if the mistake was on our part. 

Exchanges

Please contact me at unitybraids@yahoo.com If you ordered the wrong color for your Unity Braids®, please provide the order number, and we will discuss ways to remedy this problem :) 

You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
