• Due to the customized nature of our items, returns/exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an error in your customization, or if the item is delivered damaged, we will be happy to replace it free of charge.
• Cancellation of orders must be made within 6 hours of purchase. Once this grace period has passed, your order will be considered a final sale.
• We cannot change addresses once an order has been shipped, so please check all shipping and billing information carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
